The new short, “Leadville Days,” celebrates who we are, the trails we cherish, and the community which means so much to us. Thank you, Leadville, for creating our home here at 10,200 feet and for your support of Galena Mountain Projects.

Our future-facing adventure pearl snap shirts have a touch of classic western and a dash of whimsy. The simple elegance of the quarter-length closure harkens back to utilitarian shirts and anoracks once worn by the 10th Mountain Division and they fit comfortably under your backpack waist strap or climbing harness.

Clearly visible from downtown Leadville, Galena is a simple but wild mountain that beckons you to visit its ridges, basins, and couloirs. It's not that tall compared to the neighboring 14er's, and the easiest way to the top is a pleasant outing for durable elementary schoolers.

Fall is running season in Leadville. It's time to squeeze in your final mountain rambles before the snow sets in.

If you have been planning on heading up to the Tiger Cliff, Finnback Crags, or Hagerman Pass this season you have until about mid-October. Enjoy!
